If our checkout does not recognise your code, please make sure you are typing it in correctly. Avoid spaces at the beginning or end of the code and note the differences between the 0 (zero) and O (letter) characters.
If you are still having problems with your voucher code we can re-issue it for you. In order to do this effectively we would ask you to fill out the form below and enter the following information;
1. The product you are trying to purchase
2. Your Groupon Code (Not the Security Code)
3. The date you purchased the Groupon Code
4. Your Discount Emporium order number (If you have one)
Voucher code reissues require manual checking and are entered into a queue. At peak times you should allow 3-5 days for re-issue.
