We have spoken with the West Midlands police to assist them with their enquiries, and any customers that have contacted us relating to orders they have made with the rogue trader have been promptly referred to trading standards.
We are an independent, privately owned trader of small domestic appliances based in Northampton, and we pride ourselves on personal service, prompt delivery and a fast returns/replacement policy. We try to offer the best prices we can, we have invested heavily in our IT infrastructure to automate processes and reduce costs, and the Discount Emporium Ltd has severely and unfairly affected our trading in recent months.
